"Poe has always been my favorite author. I love so many of his stories and poems. But if i had to pick a favorite, i would have to say, without a doubt, The Black Cat. For sentimental reasons of course, it was the first poe story i ever read and i was immediately drawn to it. And when i began reading stories to my wife, it was the first one i chose to read."

"So, I first learned of Edgar Allan Poe with my favorite English teacher to date. He was quite the writer with deep meaning in my opinion. I like this site because first, it's something dedicated to one cause and not here make money or anything. Sites like those usually have thought put into them and good intentions behind it. Now I am just discovering this site today and have gone through some or maybe most of it, but am sure that the design and UI of this site are also exceptional. I would like to just say that the site represents and uses his work correctly, and gives good references too."

"I believe that Edgar Allan Poe was a disorganized creative person who just needed a little more time to figure out how to get his life together and he needed to get some help with his alcohol and drug problem so if he had children or wanted children he wouldn't have a problem except for the money issue and he still could have figured that out.
